This is her first cookbook, but the kitchen isn’t the only place she’s dabbled in cannabis-infused edibles. She’s also experienced some of the most popular munchies in cannabis culture, ranging from Amsterdam coffeehouse space-cakes to Colorado dispensary exclusives such as Snoop Dogg’s THC-infused gourmet chocolate bars.
Prior to the legalization of recreational marijuana in California, her family owned and operated a medical marijuana collective in Shasta County. Once hemp was federally legalized, her family founded Nature’s Nectar, a CBD extraction facility specializing in producing CBD Full-Spectrum Shatter sourced from organic hemp farms. In 2019 they also opened The Hive, a local CBD store in O’Fallon. She now resides in O’Fallon, Missouri, with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, McKayla.
