Michelle Anderson was a chef for twenty years before devoting herself to food writing and becoming a widely admired cookbook author. She uses natural and healthy—yet easy-to-find—ingredients in her recipes. She has also written Making Artisan Breads for the Bread Machine, Clean Eating Weeknight Dinner Plan, and Healthy Cookbook for Two. She lives in Ontario, Canada.
