Cathrine Østerberg

Østerberg Ice Cream is found in Copenhagen, Denmark and also in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. When they make ice cream, they do not compromise on anything. After studying a degree in Food Science and subsequent MSc.

in Gastronomy and Health at the University of Copenhagen, Cathrine went to Canada, where one of the world's leading ice [cream] researchers can be found.

Østerberg teaches courses in Ice Cream and develops recipes all over the world. Cathrine is now teaching weekly ice [cream] lessons in Canada with her ice cream professor.
