Antonio Guida (b. 1971) is an Italian chef, born in Puglia. He is a two-Michelin-starred winner, 2015 & 2016, and is the chef at Seta, the restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental in Milan.
Guida was the chef at Hotel Pellicano in Porto Ercole and was awarded two stars, 2004 & 2010. He worked with Pierre Gagnaire in Paris; at the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence; at the Don Alfonso restaurant on the Amalfi Coast; before arriving at the La Terrazza restaurant of the Eden Hotel.
