ALEJANDRO ZURDO is a traveler, cooking teacher and chef. In 2004 he started working as a trekking guide in Asia, and fell in love with Asian culture and cuisine.

He has collaborated in magazines such as Viajes al Pasado, Lonely Planet Magazine and Cocinatis, and in 2018 he published Mittoh Chá. Eating in Nepal, the first book in Spanish on Himalayan cuisine.
Since 2014 he has been a partner of the Kitchen 154 gastronomic project and his culinary proposal is being so successful that he has three street food outlets open in Madrid.
